Our Management
Eileen Doughty, President
Responsible for new business development, residential account
management, scheduling, customer service, sales & marketing,
bid/pricing creations and running the office.
Eileen Doughty grew up in the hospitality industry, parented by Inn
Keepers who worked for and resided at several premier properties
throughout Maine. After college Eileen went in to the retail industry and
eventually worked her way in to the corporate offices of G.H. Bass.
Later, after Bass relocated to New York City, Eileen joined
Emery-Waterhouse of Portland and was responsible for inside sales
and customer service of some of Emery's key major accounts.
After Eileen's departure from Emery, she and Dale came up with the
idea of founding Cleaning Genies. Eileen's countless attention to
details and customer service skills allowed Eileen to experience
impressive growth, despite a challenging economy and eventually grew
to a point where she invited her husband, Dale, to take on a more active
role with the company in 2011.

Dale Doughty, Vice-President
Responsible for new business development, commercial account
management, sales and marketing, web site development.
After earning a degree in Fire Science Dale continued his career with
the Scarborough Fire Department while working as a trainee and later
a Financial Consultant in the financial services industry. In 1998, after
marrying Eileen he left the fire service and accepted a position as
Finance Manager at Forest City Chevrolet. In 2004 he became the
General Manager, responsible for Forest City Chevrolet, Motor City and
Motor City Nissan. Dale remained a leader in the local auto industry
while transitioning into a new career in the mortgage industry and
working with Eileen to build Cleaning Genies. In 2009, Dale returned to
the financial services industry full-time as a Mortgage Broker and
eventually became a Mortgage Banker with Reliant Mortgage Company,
taking on the role of Branch Owner/Manager of the Sanford Branch.
In 2011 Dale closed the Sanford Branch of Reliant Mortgage Company
to take on a full-time role with Cleaning Genies while continuing with
his mortgage career as a Mortgage Banker with ResMac, Inc located at
